Bouncing scores (#26)

I really like games that give you credit when you deserve it by showing a score with a cool animation. I did this experiment where I added bouncing scores like I saw they have in the original Secret of Mana.



From a technical point of view I have made these animation classes so that I can apply them to any State, so every entity can benefit from that specific animation.



There are still a bunch of questions that remain unanswered for me:


1. How big the scores should be in comparison with the main characters?

2. What is the best animation for scores so they don't clutter the screen but stay visible?

3. What kind of animation is the most gratifying?
